“Life can be found only in the present moment. The past is gone, the future is not yet here, and if we do not go back to ourselves in the present moment, we cannot be in touch with life” —Thich Nhat Hanh

“Be here now” — Ram Dass

For us to understand the notion of time, we need to understand the existence of different dimensions.

Let’s say that our current society uses a system to navigate reality which is based on 3rd Dimensional rules.

This rules are expressed for example, in the way our education system operates by emphasizing analytical and logical thinking, using the guidelines of linear time (past, present and future) and dualistic constraints (right/wrong, black/white, male/female, left/right).

For us to function successfully within this system, we rely heavily on the left side of our brain, our male energy, to navigate our way through life. The problem is that this is a lopsided system that moulds our brain, and our perception of life, in a way that disregards the right side of our brain, our intuition or feminine energy.

Through meditation and healing work, our awareness expands beyond the heavily used left brain hemisphere, and we have experiences of different existences and timelines.

With practice and inner exploration, we learn how to navigate our inner realms and those other existences and timelines become more and more tangible to our awareness.

We start remembering how to use the right side of our brains and thus, develop holistic access to the two hemispheres, unifying the polarity within and becoming whole again.

Through this journey within, we slowly move up the vibrational scale, being able to hold more light and energy within us. This in turn, allows us to expand our awareness even further and suddenly time as we have known, becomes more fluid, more malleable.

No longer events are placed on a linear timeline as we feel we are at different places simultaneously. This sometimes can be difficult for our minds to cognise as it seems we are losing touch with the reality around us.

Even though the 3rd Dimensional construct of linear time gives our mind a certain sense of structure and “control” of the reality around us, we are meant to awake to our true identity and no longer operate from these limiting constraints.

We have aspects of us going through their evolution path, living their lives scattered across the multidimensional construct of our Universe.

When we gain access to an aspect of us, it is because of a resonance in our energetic field, in other words, we in this present moment are going through an experience that resonates energetically to an experience an aspect of us is having somewhere else.

The way our minds use to understand these resonance is to place that other aspect of us on a linear timeline and call it a past or future life.

During the One 2 One sessions, when clients receive inputs of an experience somewhere else, and there is a clear line of access to the whole environment of that moment – be it with a sense of the body they are inhabiting, colours, smells, the clothes people are wearing, the overall feel of the collective consciousness of that space – sometimes it is very useful to place that experience somewhere in our known history – the middle ages, ancient Rome, ancient Egypt, some sci-fi movie, etc. – so that our minds can process that information in an easier way.

The resonance of that moment is in reality a convergence of aspects of our fragmented consciousness to a nodal point in the myriad of timelines and lifetimes we are experiencing now. Many refer to this as a “timecrossing moment”.

Reaching those nodal points facilitate the integration of our consciousness in the here and now. When we recognise ourselves in that other aspect that has been drawn to our present awareness, we can identify with the energetic blockage that has attracted us together.

If we are able to “to get our minds out of the way” and allow our divine higher aspects to facilitate the healing at that moment in time, we integrate those fragmented aspects of our consciousness and our awareness expands beyond the dualistic constraints of this reality.

The immense success that Eckhart Tolle’s book “The Power of Now”, speaks to this inner truth. We are multidimensional beings, and to access that multidimensionality, we have to be anchored in our hearts and in the now.

As we embody this truth, we free ourselves from the constraints of our limiting self definitions and claim our Divine inheritance as sovereign, multidimensional beings and we start living our lives on this planet the way we were designed to.

“Time isn’t precious at all, because it is an illusion. What you perceive as precious is not time but the one point that is out of time: the Now. That is precious indeed. The more you are focused on time—past and future—the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is.” Eckhart Tolle

May you find who you really are in this precious now.
