“This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they are a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice.
Meet them at the door laughing and invite them in.
Be grateful for whatever comes
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.” — Jellaludin Rumi
“Relax your shoulders and relax your heart.
Let go and give room for the pain to pass through you.
It’s just energy.
Just see it as energy and let it go.” — Michael Singer
As we quieten our minds, we become aware of the universal energetic movements, similar to a well choreographed dance, between light / darkness, action / inaction, expansion / contraction that sustain the creation and expansion of life.
During a moment of inner stillness, we could say that our cosmic father and mother reveal themselves to us and we are invited to abide in that eternal place, our true home, from where paradoxically we never left.
As we anchor the light of our soul deeper in our hearts, we are able to observe more closely this cosmic dance from a space of impartiality and wonder.
Here we are outside time and space and each now moment is beautifully balanced and constructed to perfection.
From this perspective, the nature of the 3D polarised reality becomes more and more evident to us, and how its matrix limits our awareness by the constant pull to judge and choose between one set of opposites versus the other.
Most of us (specially if you are reading this) have a natural tendency towards the positive side of the spectrum, choosing to align with the frequencies of love, kindness, compassion.
Reaching this state of awareness marks an evolutionary milestone that allows us to consciously step on our ascension path and fully awaken to our true identity.
The next step is to become aware that, even when we are making positive choices in our lives, sometimes we still get caught in the matrix programs of fear, lack and separation.
The question then arises: ‘Are we choosing from a neutral, zero point space?’
Is there an emotional charge fuelling our choices?
Is there any trace of fear, avoidance, denial, duty, repugnance or judgement clouding our discernment?
If there is, then we are still playing in the polarised matrix, maintaining it with our misguided choices to be on the ‘right’ side of the fence.
The polarised nature of the 3rd Dimension reality requires two opposing energies to sustain its matrix. For example one team playing for the dark, the other playing for the light.
As this dimensional construct is based on lack, there is a limited amount of energy that is bounced back and forth, from one camp to the other.
No matter which side you decide to be on, if you have any unconscious emotional charge, you are still playing the game and sooner or later you will be met by that unconscious charge, the opposite frequency of the one you chose to align with earlier.
Developing the discernment to know what is truly motivating our choices then becomes quite important if we want to find our sovereignty and freedom from the game of the 3rd Dimensional Matrix.
Cultivating a quiet space within us, where we feel buffered from the pressures of daily life, is essential in these times of high energetic movements, acceleration of time and major shifts on Gaia’s grids.
That takes us back to the natural energetic movement of cosmic forces…
There are many symbols used to represent this movement: the Infinity sign, the Ying and Yang sign, the Vesica Piscis, the Caduceus to name a few.
They depict the perfect balance between polarised forces in a closed system, where opposites co-exist and complement each other.
For example, if we look at the center of the Infinity symbol, its zero point, we can imagine/feel/sense/see the natural energetic movement from one side of the symbol to the other, in an endless loop.
We get a sense of perfect balance as the energies flow through its center point.
We can use the analogy of this symbol equating to our energetic field as a way to strengthen our sense of balance and the quiet space within.
In this metaphor, the central point of the infinity sign can be compared to our hearts - the human energetic center capable of functioning as the zero point of our awareness - the place where we step out of polarity.
The more we practice feeling the waves of emotions, frequencies, sensations coming towards and then away from us - like if we were the infinity symbol, the more we strengthen that sense of equanimity and neutrality that is the hallmark of being/living from our Divine identity.
This movement encompasses both sides of the dual spectrum. The waves can bring anger, fear, sadness, resentment into our inner world but they can also bring us joy, happiness, gratitude, compassion.
As we acclimatise our awareness into these energetic movements, are able to witness the interplay between light/darkness, positive/negative, masculine/feminine that creates and sustains life throughout the cosmos without having to choose a side to play in.
Our hearts become the zero point able to hold the light of our consciousness in a non-polarised state of love, detached compassion and deeper understanding.
This further supports the embodiment of our soul by cultivating what many sages call ‘the temple of our hearts’.
In this sacred space within, all fragmented aspects of ourselves can gather, be healed, rest and be finally freed from the game of polarity.
Here we learn to live in a state of reverence towards life, ourselves and all sentient beings.
This is one of the great lessons we are to learn from our ‘terrestrial curriculum’ - to forge an impartial, sacred place within where our soul can reside in this physical body, where we are in this world but are not of it.
May you cultivate the zero point of your heart by learning to surf the polarised frequency waves reaching the shores of your being.
